Don’t buy the these unless you have tried them on and like them.
I bought 2 pairs of the Logitech Precision PC Gaming Headset, I opened up 1 and they are not at all what I was expecting.
No matter what I do, they just don’t seem to be at all comfortable.
The inline microphone mute works fine but the volume control is fiddly and I wanted to throw the headset against the wall after about 2 minutes of struggling with getting the volume adjusted.
Sound quality is fine but lacking in bass.

There do seem to be some people that like them but there seems to be no middle ground, like em or hate em, seems to be the trend. The majority of reviews seem to be negative.

Update
There broken, when I got them I turned the mic back so that it was out the way and used them for listening to music. I then decided to try out Windows Vista’s voice recognition on my brothers Dell notebook and I turned the mic back to operating position, the mic became very loose and I thought yay, I can send them back. As I was packing them into the original packaging the mic broke off completely.
I spoke to Logitech via their number for South Africa 0800 981 089 and now I need to send them proof of payment before they ship me a new pair, that I don’t really want.
