Windows Clipboard not Working

This will only apply to people who are using “Advanced SystemCare 4”.

I recently had issues with my Windows Clipboard and eventually isolated it to the new Advanced SystemCare 4’s Smart RAM “Clean Clipboard” option that was checked.
