Remotely Enabling RDP Access

Have you ever tried remotely accessing someone’s computer in your office, only to get a “can not connect” error?

Open up Regedit – click ‘Start’, type ‘run’ hit enter in the “Search programs & files” box, then type ‘regedit’ enter), then click ‘File’ then ‘Connect Network Registry…’

Once that is opened, locate your offending PC, find HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server then ddouble-click the Name ‘fDenyTSConnections’ make sure the value is set to 0
