Generate your signature with this great tool http://htmlsig.com
- Login to your Gmail account
- Click the gear icon in the top right portion of your screen and select ‘Settings’
- Make sure you are in the ‘General’ tab
- Scroll down to ‘Signature’
- Copy your signature from where you generated it & paste your signature into the space provided
- Select the account you want the signature to display for, if you have more than one
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click ‘Save Changes’
