Common Sage Pastel Xpress & Partner Errors

Try the following fixes in the order suggested, stop when the issue is resolved.

Pervasive Error Code 2 while accessing Registration.DAT file
  • Disconnect and reconnect the mapped drive, make sure to make the drive the same letter as before, and then try to register
  • Exit Sage Pastel on all PC’s then uninstall and reinstall Pervasive on the server PC. You can do this by selecting Pervasive under Programs and Features and selecting Change > Repair
  • If it still won’t work make sure to check your Pervasive Firewall Settings
