Error 35602 – Key is not unique in collection
Make sure you have your Base Serial number and Registered Name before you start. Be aware editing the registry can cause serious issues on your PC if you delete something by mistake.
Sage Pastel 17, 18, 19 aka 50c
- Click OK on Error
- Error will be followed by Error 440 – Automation Error, click OK and Pastel Partner will close
- Click on Start or search, type in regedit and hit Enter
- Click on File, Export and export regedit file to backup your registry
- 64 bit machine – Goto “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Softline\Pastel Partner V19“
- 32 bit machine – Goto “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Softline\Pastel Partner V19“
- Replace “Pastel Partner V19” with whatever your version is
- Close the regedit screen
- Rename the c:\pastellxx\custom\registration or c:\xpressxx\custom\registration folder to registration.old
- Open Pastel and re-register your software
- Now Add back your companies
You can also try
- Navigate to C:\PartnerXX, C:\XpressXX – change the XX of the version you have
- Look for resetXX.exe and double-click it to start it
- Click on Clear Registry – confirmation message will pop up – you can click on OK
- Open up your Sage Pastel application & re-register, click Help>Register your package and follow the prompts
Pastel Partner 11
- Click OK on Error
- Error will be followed by Error 440 – Automation Error, click OK and Pastel Partner will close
- Click on Start or search, type in regedit and hit Enter
- Click on File, Export and export regedit file to backup your registry
- Click Edit, click Find, Search for “Pastel Partner V11”, once found right click and select delete. There may be more than one instance
- Close the regedit screen
- Rename the c:\pastell11\custom\registration folder to registration.old
- Open Pastel and re-register your software
- Now Add back your companies
