Please excuse any poor terminology, I’m not an accountant or bookkeeper, just a tech geek. Suggestions/corrections are welcome.
I recently setup a home server (HP Proliant Microserver) for my sister-in-laws small accounting business, that she runs from home. This tutorial is for a Workgroup installation (server and multiple PC’s accessing the server) of Pastel Partner 11.2.1. [These instructions should work for whatever version of Windows you are using for your ‘server’ setup.]
If your Pastel was fully functional until this message then somehow your copy has lost it’s license information for Pervasive which is installed when Pastel is installed.
I recently had this error when trying to print from Pastel Partner 2011 from my server when all the PC’s where stolen. The document you are trying to print has an incorrect page size or paper style. Please refer to the Troubleshooting topic in the online help. This is caused by Pastel trying to print
